How Weaken is calculated

Weaken reduces outgoing damage in the Empower/Weaken bracket. The calculator totals each damage type separately, applies target resilience and caps ordinary Weaken at 50%. If uncapped Weaken alone exceeds 50%, that uncapped total is used directly.

This calculates effective Weaken on its own. It does not combine pre-cap Empower and Weaken. Target-specific effects and activation conditions still need to match your encounter.
